The Archi Lireni residential complex is an 18-storey two-section building, built using earthquake-resistant monolithic frame construction technology. The house is designed in a modern architectural style. When constructing a new building, fireproof and environmentally friendly building materials are used. The walls of the residential complex are being built from an energy-efficient German-made Itong block, which will reduce energy consumption by 40%. The facades are lined with aesthetic HPL panels and clinker bricks.
The building is equipped with all engineering and technical communications.
